Anastasia Clark is the author of several books published by Sun Rising Poetry Press. Full-length titles include Grieving With Poetry (2004)- poems written after the death of her parents, Bloodsongs (2004)- poetry about women’s issues, Skeletons and Other Complaints (2004)- poetry about life’s challenges and Vagabond Pond (2006)- poems about feeling lost.
Her chapbooks include the POETRY PETALS collection- themed booklets designed for gift and floral baskets. Titles include Friendship Poems, Healing Poems, Holiday Poems, Humorous Poems, Inspirational Poems, Kaleidoscope Poems, Nostalgic Poems and Romantic Poems.
She grew up in Framingham, MA and served as Poet-In-Residence (1977-78) to the public schools. Her work has appeared in various literary journals and anthologies. She served two years as Poetry Editor/ Poetry Columnist for Epiphany Magazine: a celebration in writing.
She holds an M. S. in Administration degree and also a B. S. in Liberal Studies. She served eight years in the U. S. Marine Corps and currently resides in South Florida with her husband. She has two grown children and one grandchild.
She conducts various poetry readings and appearances at libraries, schools, book stores, galleries and other venues.
