Born and raised in Vicenza, Italy, I am currently a student of Foreign Languages and Literature at the University of Verona. I have been writing free verse poetry in English since 1998. I often adopt a cryptic, highly metaphorical style in which I alternate or blend oneiric imagery with simple aspects of everyday life. I have also translated poetry from French into Italian. I am passionate about literature, art, and music. My interests also include linguistics, philosophy, medicine, theater arts, cinema and photography.
