By grace alone, not by our works
we are saved, we can do great, extraordinary things
As the people of the bible, modern-day saints
with work to do, enabled by God’s grace
to move and risk, to sacrifice, to toil,
to spread Christ’s message, his example
the love of the father, to the ends of the earth
by grace alone, only grace
unearned, freely given
imperfect people, extraordinary gifts
hope for the world
