I often dream, daydream
imagining the garden
the world forming, from nothingness
the heavens, the waters tamed
the garden, a home for the animals
for Adam, for Eve
dominion given, stewards
Lush, verdant, green
balanced, ordered, God’s own
Walking, communing with the creator
lingering, unburdened, walking
How I wish we all could
that we all would live in the garden
