I fall, His spirit flowing, pouring out
Onto me, into my soul, my cup filling
I feel his power, his love, in the baptismal waters
The deep abiding love of the Father,
Spoken first on the baptism of Christ
Calling out from heaven, claiming him,
Claiming us, children of God
We pray, always, that he would say
In us he is greatly pleased
