natural cloth smoothed over the surface
A loaf, a cup shrouded
simple white linen draped
a lone candle, burning, aglow
the light in the darkened space
Prepared and ready, the table set
a covered cup, the covered bread
the sacrifice of the Lord
shrouded in white
