Fully Reconciled - Poem by Raymond A. Foss

No other test to pass,
no other offering needed
God fully reconciled to man
by the offering of Christ
His death, and his resurrection,
the only sacrifice required
our sin, our stain, washed away
on the throne of Calvary

But, like the Christ,
our turn, our sharing
the joy of our new birth
in accepting this gift
the amazing grace of God
returning the our father
each one of us
the prodigal child
