the son, the Christ
come into the world
called by our brokenness
our humanity, like Adam
a curse, keeping us from God
The son, the one foretold
come into the world
repairing our lives
our sin washed away
in our repentance
our humbly accepting
the gift of salvation
offered to the whole world
