On the road to Damascus
to capture those of the Way
his life changed,
turned around

Surrounded by light
a voice from above
called to account by Christ
the mission of his life

Blinded by that holy fire
dependent on others, to guide him
told to trust, to believe
in darkness he waited to be healed
