Hearing Christ’s Words by Raymond A. Foss

That we would change radically
hearing Christ’s words
his calling to all of us
to offer hospitality

The richness of his love
to all of God’s children
not to those who can repay
offering, as he did, in sacrifice

Complete, pure, agape love
to the whole world
not just the privileged
giving help, hope to all,
acting in his loving name
