With us in our sorrow
God beside us
healing our brokenness
that we may serve

Shaping us at creation
made of the stuff of clay
given life
by the breath of God

Changing our lives
through Christ’s sacrifice
his choice to drink of that cup
becoming the lamb, climbing the cross

Guiding us from with
his Spirit inside us
anointed to serve him
to tell of his boundless love

Sending us forth
as his people, commissioned
going to the ends of the earth
to tell of his endless love
