our deepest desire
to know Christ
our shepherd
who gave his life for me

A revelation of his goodness
the smile in his eyes
to touch his nail-pierced hands
walking with him
as I walk this land

Feeling him with me
his spirit guiding my steps
speaking deep within me
his presence abiding
quieting my spirit
giving me endless peace
