The beacon of your word
your love poured down
sharing the story of grace
my cup overflowing

Only when I walk
standing in your light
only when I let the word
guide my trembling feet

My life makes sense
seeming to have purpose
only when I walk with thee
in the light of your morning

At peace in the storms
the struggle of my days
only when I conform my feet
to the way of your servant

The word calling me
to turn from the world
to go the way of the cross
to the ends of the earth
