In God’s Silence by Raymond A. Foss
God with us
waiting for our stillness
to center ourselves
to slough off the world

In God’s silence
holy service
peace in his presence
walking with God

God with us
in the silence
turning our cares over
our worries until God

Peace there
in that holy silence
centered only
on our Savior’s grace

Reminded ever
of God’s provision
worthy by his love
to free the whole world
