The Vine by Raymond A. Foss

Living in the vine,
connected, to its strength
to the love, life-giving succor
sustenance of the vine
feeding the branches, the father,
the son, the apostles, the saints
the living spirit flowing through
still nourishing the branches, the twigs,
the shoots, the very tips, bearing fruit
for the one who planted the garden
the vineyard in the world
preparing a bounty, a harvest
beyond compare
